Clear rules for using BuyRadar.

1. BuyRadar is decision support, not a profit promise

BuyRadar analyses market information and presents estimated resale ranges, fees, margins, demand, competition, risk and confidence signals. Prices, stock, fees, marketplace rules and buyer demand can change quickly.

You remain responsible for checking the source listing, product condition, availability, shipping, taxes, platform fees and resale suitability before spending money. BuyRadar does not guarantee that an opportunity can be purchased, resold or sold at any particular price or profit.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a failure of BuyRadar to take reasonable security measures.

3. Free and Founding Pro

The Free tier provides selected public opportunities and functionality. Founding Pro currently costs A$9.99 per month and provides premium opportunities and additional Pro functionality as described on the pricing page.

Founding Pro renews automatically each month until cancelled. The price and renewal cadence are shown before purchase in Stripe Checkout. If you cancel, renewal stops and Pro access normally continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Cancellation, refunds and Australian Consumer Law

You can cancel a Pro subscription through BuyRadar's Manage billing button, which opens Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation is designed to take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

We do not provide change-of-mind refunds for a billing period that has already started, except where required by law or where we agree to correct a billing error. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse BuyRadar, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, use another person's account without permission, or systematically extract or redistribute BuyRadar's paid analysis in a way that substitutes for the service.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, remove or change deals, sources, scoring methods and product features as the service develops. Time-sensitive opportunities may expire without notice. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BuyRadar is not responsible for losses caused by your independent purchasing or resale decisions, third-party marketplaces, retailers, buyers, shipping providers, price changes or information outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
