How BuyRadar handles your information.
This policy explains the personal information BuyRadar collects, why we use it, the service providers involved and the choices available to you.

We collect information you provide when you create or use a BuyRadar account, including your email address, saved opportunities, alert preferences and support communications. We also keep subscription status and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers so we can provide the correct access level.
Payment card details are entered into Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages. BuyRadar does not receive or store your full card number or CVC.
2. Why we use it
We use personal information to provide account access, save your shortlist, manage Pro entitlements, process and reconcile subscriptions, respond to support requests, protect the service, troubleshoot problems and improve BuyRadar.
BuyRadar deal scoring concerns products and resale opportunities. It is not used to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, employment, insurance or other similarly significant rights or interests.
3. Service providers
BuyRadar relies on third-party providers to operate the service. Supabase provides authentication and database infrastructure, Stripe provides payment and subscription processing, and Cloudflare provides website delivery, security and deployment infrastructure. These providers may process technical or account information as required to deliver their services.
4. Cookies and browser storage
BuyRadar and its service providers may use necessary browser storage or cookies to keep you signed in, preserve session state, protect the service and operate hosted checkout or billing pages. Third-party providers may apply their own privacy notices to their services.
5. Security and retention
We use access controls and row-level database permissions designed to restrict account data to the appropriate user. No internet service can promise absolute security. We keep information for as long as it is reasonably required to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes or protect the service.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, through the support channel listed on our Support & billing page. We will assess requests in accordance with applicable Australian law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when BuyRadar's product, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
