Control your subscription without chasing us.
BuyRadar uses Stripe for subscription billing. Pro members can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through Stripe's secure customer portal.

- Log in to your BuyRadar account.
- Go to the Founding Pro section on the home page.
- Select Manage billing.
- Use Stripe's customer portal to cancel the subscription.
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, so you keep Pro access until that date and are not billed for the next period.
Billing and refunds
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact BuyRadar support as soon as possible. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after a billing period begins, but this does not limit rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Need help with an account or deal?
Email support@buyradar.com.au for account, billing or deal-support questions. Do not send sensitive payment information by email. BuyRadar will never ask you to send a full card number or CVC.
For subscription changes, use Manage billing. For deal questions, include the deal title and what you need checked when contacting support.
